Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Including recognizing that our stay was going to be less than 24 hours in total, and so didn't charge us the full amount for parking; we also had some requests they were more than happy to oblige. Check-out was quick and easy. Location was great for the airport and for nipping into London for an afternoon. Stay was comfy enough.

I had requested an early check in and they were able to do that for me. I also requested a late check out which they were able to do for me, both at no extra charge, i really appreciated that. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hrs a day between Gatwick Airport and the Hotel and it goes every 20 minutes. I believe they are adding on extra buses now so it will run even more often during busier parts of the day...cost is good 4.50 BPS per person. versus the 40.00 cdn i paid for a taxi one way to get there in the first place this is fantastic. i definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in and check-out are fast and easy, with pleasant staff helping you through the process. The rooms are really very decent for an airport hotel with plenty of space and comfort and every detail thought out (e.g. the shower controls are intuitively easy, something fairly rare in my experience; there is a small hand-rail next to the bath-tub to avoid slippages etc etc). I had been expecting something fairly functional and basic due to the nature of airport hotel chains, but was pleasantly surprised that the service went beyond this.

A very regular shuttle service at the times that flights are required. Surprisingly quiet although we arrived after 8:00 and left at 6:00 in the morning. In a way it's pretty standard and quite basic but it was comfy we slept well The tea and coffee facilities are much of a muchness and you never really expect much there. we didn't use the bar or the restaurant but people seem to be enjoying themselves so all in all for an airport hotel It wasn't too bad at all. It did what we needed

We stayed at this hotel after arriving at Gatwick and decided to do the same before flying out again. The hotel is in a great location especially for early morning departures or late evening arrivals. Our room during our second stay was larger and more comfortable for the 3 of us and luggage. The shuttle service to the airport is very convenient and departs regularly. We had a meal at the restaurant the evening before departure and the food was good and staff were friendly and attentive.

The gentlemen at the desk made checking in so easy even though it was 1.30 in the morning his smile was contagious and welcoming. He provided us with information needed and got us checked in quickly so we can get some rest after a very long journey but a short drive from the Gatwick long stay. The morning breakfast staff were polite and chefs made us well done eggs upon request even though its a buffet style brekky and checking our was quick and simple also.

We had a late flight and were given an extension. That really made our stay. The room itself was typical Holiday Inn - so no complaints at all about furnishings, size etc

Breakfast was not taken at this hotel because of our early check-out for our flight to Chania, Greece. We mostly enjoyed our one night stay but it was marred by a staff member on our departure who was extremely grumpy & gruff. He mixed up the door cards which was his mistake, NOT MINE, and then asked in a gruff voice “what was your room number” to which I replied “203.” However unlike the staff member who had a beard I was not gruff or rude. The staff member obviously needs supplementary training on how to converse with his guests in a proper and pleasant manner.

Outstanding customer service Lovely gesture of free parking & minibar for birthday. Nice smelling free Toiletries to use Free kids meals which they say sausages were amazing! Uncomfortable sofa bed More pillows Kids priced mocktails and more than 1 option would be great, however the one you did have was lovely.
