My husband, 5-month-old baby and I arrived from Australia very tired at the north terminal, we took the bus to the hotel which was easy enough to do but the bus stop was a long walk with a lot of luggage and our pram woudl not be an issue for someone with only one suitcase though. The staff at reception were excellent! Very friendly and helpful they even were kind enough to put my baby's formula and freezer packs in their fridge overnight. The room was a little basic but had all you need for a stopover between flights, even USB chargers beside the bed for phones, etc The restaurant was good with very nice staff they were closing as we arrived late but still managed to squeeze in an order for us so we did not need to wait for the late-night room service to start. Great experience and we will stay again if the need arrises.

Staff were pleasant. We were checked in early which was great. We stayed 2 nights. Recommend if you do not have your own vehicle that you take half board (breakfast and dinner) . Meals were tasty, varied and adequate. Coach Transport to airports several times throughout the day. We paid 9 pounds each for return transport from the airport. Not much to do or see around the hotel. There is a small grocery store and bakery within walking distance which are located on the compound of a gas station.

After a very stressful booking issue, staff at reception, and specifically Daria, were absolutely amazing, sorted it out within minutes when I was already almost in tears thinking I was stuck without a room for the night. After that, she kept her eye on me through the night, helping me settle down, eat, figure out the early morning schedule and more. She is fantastic. Hotel was nice, my room clean, spacious and comfortable AND I had a bath! Rare treat nowadays in most hotels. I slept very well after that, making my early morning flight easier. Very convenient with shuttle as well. Recommend!

Decent hotel conveniently located around the corner of Gatwick airport. For late arrivals and/or early departure times, it is ideal. Offers around-the-clock shuttle to the airport, which is overpriced (4.5 pounds for 2 miles!), but this is the case with almost everything in London. Staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious and clean, restaurant was good, breakfast was above average - all-in-all a nice stay. Again, quite pricey for what it offers, but that's London...

The location was the best—easy access to London even with extra cost and just a 40-minute drive to Brighton.

Excellent location close to Gatwick Airport. There is a shuttle bus service that runs 24 hours to and from the hotel. The shuttle cost us only 4.50 pounds per person each way. The hotel was clean, spacious and our bed was very comfortable. There is an on-site restaurant and bar and room service is available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is fair.

Ideal location for North Terminal and plenty of room for parking overnight. Nice restaurant bar area and great buffet breakfast. Far enough away from airport to feel you're not at an airport!

Staff were great and very welcoming check in and check out very quick. The room was lovely and soundproof with black out curtains. Had a great night sleep

Girls at reception were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good. Hot food, good choice and replenished regularly

That it was next to a big tesco. That the Gatwick hoppa bus takes you there. You can get buses straight to Gatwick from a short walk away. The room was clean. Staff were friendly.
